The leader then has to give 30 minutes to each group and allow them to discus about each other and get to know one interesting fact about the other member that is not know to the others of the team. After getting to know each other the two members have to speak about the other member in front of the rest of the team withut using any notes or any other refrence material and they have to try and recollect as much information as possible. Each member of the group should practice this exercise and questions should be asked by the leader at the end of the team building exercise to evaluate if all the team mebers were paying attention or not.
